A passion for design
To get the best price takes more than buyer interest, though – you also need to show your property in its best light. That means staging: making your home look fantastic from the curb to the front door to the back corner of the bedroom closet. Design has always been one of my passions and I’ve spent a great deal of my career breathing new life into old, tired houses by introducing design changes that make them shine.
As part of my service I offer a free staging consultation prior to putting your home on the market, as well as a free professional house cleaning for all sellers. I’ll provide recommendations on everything from furniture and layout to cleaning and how your house smells (yes, it’s important!). I also work with a diverse team of trusted associates who can take your home to the next level in preparation for showing it to buyers.
My eye for design and quality also helps me to see value where others might miss it. I’m able to guide buyers to the right home for them, and to determine the right price for what’s on offer.

Buying a home is a complex process with many moving parts. With that in mind, I provide all my buying clients with a comprehensive information package that walks you through each step of the process. This package includes information on understanding your financing options and how to get mortgage pre-approval, as well as recommendations on partners to work with, such as home inspectors, mortgage brokers, lawyers, cleaning companies, plumbers, electricians and more.
