Luxury real estate is what I’m most passionate about. There’s nothing I enjoy more than discussing the merits of a beautiful property and the lifestyle it affords – delving into the subtleties around location, design, and quality. That led me into property investing and ultimately in becoming a Realtor™.

My Story

The beginning

My husband, son and I have lived in Langley, BC since 2005 and we’ve loved every minute of it. The people, the strong sense of community and the incredible opportunities available here hooked me early on. I fell for Langley and the surrounding communities, and I’m still in love today.

I put this passion to work for my clients every day, proudly introducing them to new homes in Langley, South Surrey, White Rock and the Greater Vancouver area. Designer for life

Design also plays a big part in my life, and I’ve been lucky enough to have some of my home designs featured in prominent home magazines. I’m constantly looking at the design of homes, thinking about what works, what doesn’t and the changes I would make.

This has served me well in my serious hobby: Investing in older homes and breathing new life into them. It also serves my clients well as I help them with home staging for a sale or identify the strengths, weaknesses, and potential of a home they want to buy.

Crafting connections

I’ve built up incredible personal and professional connections in my community over the past 18 years and I believe they play a critical role in my happiness and my success as a luxury realtor. My trusted network of professional contacts – from tradespeople to lawyers and mortgage brokers – strengthens my offering to clients and helps them navigate the complexities of buying and selling real estate. These are people I work with on a regular basis, trust implicitly and proudly recommend to my clients.

Though the most important connections of all are those that I make with my clients. I feel honoured that they trust me to help them with likely one of the most important transaction in their lives, and I do everything I can to understand what drives them and what they’re really looking for. Once I’ve helped them buy or sell a home, I truly hope that I’ve also made a new friend – a connection that will last a lifetime.

I believe that connections like this grow from honesty, loyalty, hard work and making sure you’re there when people need you. Too many real estate agents today operate at arm’s length – they leave keys in drop boxes for showings and only turn up when it’s time to close the deal. That’s not how I work.
